Kasi update sket :)

Haluuu...lama saya xupdate blog kan? I dont need to mention why in here, xde kena mengena pun dgn diet haku. What i want to update is on my diet & workout progress. Walau senyap mane pun blog ni, progress tatap berjalan seperti biasa..

Did I mention to u that its been 2weeks i didnt eat rice? Yep, aku pun xcaya da 2weeks aku xmakan benda alah tu. But yes, I did it. And resultnya? Adalah sgt meng'happy'kan diriku ini. But wait, aku xnak kecoh2 dulu. Nanti2 ill show u my end result picture to prove u that it works on me! No rice, no sugary drinks, no cold drinks and yes-yes to workout & air suam! hehe..tips tu :P

I know there's one competition called "cabaran 99hari tanpa nasi" Interested to join but hey, i already started 2weeks early. Ramai betul yg join kan..that is good, aku pun sokong. Gud luck to those who participate okeys :)
